The formulations used in these guides are hand matched simulations of the PANTONE®* references using UVivid Flexo JD, UVivid Rotary Screen RN and UVivid Screen CN base colours.
For UVivid Flexo JD the recipes are based on the standard (JD) colours printed onto Leneta Form 5C using an IGT C1 Colour Proofer using a weight 0.27 gm which is equivalent to a 5.5 volume anilox.
Matches for UVivid Rotary Screen RN are based on the standard colours printed onto Fasson PE 100 TOP White from Avery Dennison using a mesh equivalent to a Stork Rotamesh® screen 305 13%.
Matches for UVivid Screen CN are based on the standard colours printed onto Fasson PE 100 TOP White from Avery Dennison using a 150.31 PW mesh.
Although every care is taken in producing these formulations, variations in substrates and printing conditions may affect colour achieved. FUJIFILM Sericol assumes no responsibility for actual colour achieved.
For these reasons all formulations must be proofed prior
to a production run to ensure colour accuracy.
