Cause Solution

 

Excessive heat on vacuum glass frame. • Check cooling system.
Insufficient drying of emulsion/high humidity.

• Allow coated screen to dry thoroughly.
• In drying stage, increase air circulation, use a dehumidifier, heat screen drying area.
